Vegetable Fertilisers

Fertilisers for growing vegetables and herbs should provide nutrition during relatively short period of time 3-5 months. They should supply plants with macro- and micro-nutrients. Macro-nutrients like Nitrogen (N) and Potassium (K) are needed to provide quick and consistent growth for leaves, while phosphorous (P) is required for root establishment.
